Glutinous rice flour, also known as Gaofen or Kou Fien, is gluten-free and is the perfect option in gluten-free baking. The flour is white in colour, with a powdery texture and a neutral taste.
It makes for an excellent thickener for sauces and gravies, and is also a great alternative to wheat flour.
This product is available in 500g, 1kg, 5kg and 30kg packs.
How to use
Our Glutinous Rice Flour is suitable for local delights such as tangyuan or peanut rice glutinous rice balls, fish paste dumplings, sticky rice cake with red bean paste and snowball cake recipes.
