• 1. Heat the pan
• 2. Stir-fry beef until almost cooked
• 3. Remove from pan
• 4. Stir-fry garlic, chilli sauce and vegetables
• 5. Add beef, water and oyster sauce into the pan
• 6. Stir-fry for a few minutes
• 7. Serve immediately
