PREPARATION
- • Directions (Makes about 2 servings):
- 1. Add 1 bundle noodles to 1 quarter of boiling water
- 2. Return to boil, cook for 4 minutes and stir occasionally
- • To serve warm:
- 1. Drain well
- 2. Serve with hot soup base, garnish with chopped green onions and top as desired
- • To serve fried noodle:
- 1. Drain well
- 2. Heat oil in a skillet and stir-fry with chopped vegetables, meat and seafood as desired
- 3. Add seasoning sauce and continue to stir-fry
