Naturel Organic Penne is made from 100% Italian durum wheat, which is synonymous with quality Italian pasta. The wheat undergoes traditional slow grinding and a long drying process which cause pasta to be fuller in taste with better mouth-feel. It is low fat and free from sodium, cholesterol and trans fat.

PREPARATION
- • For best results:
- 1. Use a large pot to ensure enough room for water and pasta as pasta triples in size when cooked
- 2. Proportion: One litre of water for 100g of pasta
- 3. Add salt to boiling water
- 4. Add pasta once the water reach the boiling point and stir occasionally to prevent sticking
- 5. Cook uncovered according to suggested cooking time of 9 minutes
- 6. Blanch with cold water, strain and serve with your favourite sauce
