PREPARATION
- 1. Bring 5 litres of water to the boil in a large pot
- 2. Add 500g pasta and 1 – 2 teaspoons of salt (or to taste)
- 3. Cook for 6 minutes
- 4. When the pasta is cooked, drain well
- 5. Serve with your favourite sauce
