- Ma-Po Tofu:
- 1. Stir-fry 120g (4oz) minced beef/pork for 1/2 min
- 2. Place on dish
- 3. Add 1 tbsp Minced garlic and 2 1/2 tbsp Chili Bean Sauce, 350g (12oz) diced beancurd, any choices of meat and 3 tbsp water
- 4. Cook through
