How to temper the chocolate:
1. Melt 2/3 of chocolate you need using microwave. Place the chocolates in a bowl and put into the microwave. Remove the chocolate from microwave every 10-15 secs and stir well. Repeat this procedure until chocolates are fully melted
2. Cool the melted chocolates by adding 1/3 of unmelted chocolates into the bowl and stir well. Continue to stir until all chocolates
