PREPARATION
- Preparation Method:
- 1. You will need (1/3) cup of water, 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and one egg plus a square pan 23 x 23 x 5cm
- 2. Preheat oven to 180°C<br3. Grease the pan with oil
- 2.Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl until well blended (Mixture may be lumpy, do not use electric mixer)
- 3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean
- 4. Cool the brownie for 10 minutes in pan and serve
