PREPARATION
- 1. Put 2 tablespoons of Birds’s Custard Powder into a basin with 1 – 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2. Mix smoothly with 2 tablespoons milk taken from a 570ml of milk
- 3. Put the rest of the milk on to heat in a saucepan
- 4. When nearly boiling, pour on to the mixed custard in the basin, stirring well
- 5. Return the custard to the saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring all the time
- 6. Makes 2 servings
