PREPARATION
- • Directions:
- 1. Pour grass jelly powder into a bowl
- 2. Add 250ml of water and mix thoroughly till it becomes a paste
- 3. Pour the rest 750ml of water in a pot and boil
- 4. Turn to small flame, add grass jelly paste and mix till a smooth texture is obtained
- 5. Turn off the flame and pour into moulds
- • Note:
- Guiling Grass Jelly must be stirred continuously while boiling to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot
