PREPARATION
- • For Soup Noodle:
- 1. Put Megah Mee into boiled soup and add your favourite ingredients eg. chicken meat, prawns, egg or vegetables etc
- 2. Simmer for 2 minutes and serve immediately
- • For Fried Noodle:
- 1. Put Megah Mee into boiling water until loosen
- 2. Drain away water
- 3. Heat cooking oil in wok and Megah Mee, fry for a few minutes
- 4. Add seasoning and ingredients eg. chicken meat, prawns, egg or vegetables etc.
- 5. Serve hot
