PREPARATION
- • Ingredients: 250g KCT Hongkong Fine Noodle, 100g Chicken Meat, Some Oil, 1 Table Spoon Minced Shallot, 1 Table Spoon Minced Garlic, 1 Piece Tau Kwa (Cut into strips), 2 Table Spoon KCT XO Sauce, and 250g Bean Sprouts
- • Seasoning: 3 Table Spoon Water, 2 Table Spoon KCT Oyster Sauce, 1 Table Spoon KCT Light Soya Sauce, 1 Table Spoon KCT Dark Soya Sauce, 1 Table Spoon Sugar, 1 Table Spoon Sesame Oil, and 1 Table Spoon Pepper
- • Marinade: 1/2 Table Spoon Salt, 1 Table Spoon Sesame Oil, 1/2 Table Spoon Cornflour, 1/4 Table Spoon Sugar, 1 Table Spoon Pepper, and 1/2 Table Spoon Oil
- • Method:
- 1. Cook noodle in boiling water till soft, remove to drain before mixing with seasoning
- 2. Cut chicken meat into strips then mix with marinade
- 3. Heat oil in wok, add half tbsp minced shallot and garlic to stir-fry till fragrant before adding chicken and tau kwa, stir-fry briefly and dish out
- 4. Heat oil in wok, stir-fry remaining minced meat shallot and garlic till fragrant, add XO sauce, noodles, chicken, tau kwa and beansprouts, stir-fry well
